    1. How do I place an order on Dristy Fast Food?

    • Simply open the Dristy Food app, browse through the menu, and select the items you want to order.
    • Add items to your cart, select your payment method, and provide your delivery address.
    • Review your order and click Confirm Order to complete your purchase!

    2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    • You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it free of charge.
    • After 10 minutes, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the order total.
    • Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled or modified.

    3. How do I track my delivery?

    • You can track the status of your order in real-time through the “Order Status” feature in the app.
    • Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll be able to see the estimated delivery time and the delivery person’s location.

    4. What should I do if my order is delayed?

    • If your order is delayed beyond 45 minutes from the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support at dristyfood@gmail.com or call (+91) 9525656465.
    • We’ll help resolve the issue and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

    5. What are your delivery fees?

    • Delivery fees vary based on your location. You can view the delivery cost before confirming your order.
    • Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions, which will be indicated in the app when applicable.

    6. Do you offer refunds?

    • Refunds are available under certain conditions, including:
      • Incorrect or missing items in your order.
      • Delivery issues like delayed deliveries.
      • Order cancellations made within the allowed time.
    • If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method.

    7. Can I use discounts or coupne codes?

    • Yes, you can apply discounts or promo codes during checkout. Simply enter the code in the “Promo Code” field, and the discount will be applied to your order.
    • Make sure to check our app for the latest offers and promotions.

    • You can update your payment information directly in the app by going to the Account Settings section and selecting Payment Methods.

    11. Can I order from multiple locations at once?

    • Currently, our app only allows you to place one order per delivery address. You will need to make separate orders if you’re ordering for multiple locations.

    12. What should I do if I received the wrong order?

    • We will resolve the issue by either sending the correct items or providing a refund based on the situation.

    13. Is Dristy Fast Food available for delivery in my area?

    • To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your address in the app when placing an order. If we do not currently deliver to your area, we’ll notify you.
